The non-bank lender has appointed Robyn Hadlow as the new national sales manager for the commercial division.

With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Hadlow is positioned to advance the commercial division and assist brokers in delivering tailored solutions to their clients.

Hadlow’s background includes nine years at ANZ, where she developed expertise in commercial finance, and six years at Thinktank, where she supported brokers in growing their businesses through strategic education and diversification.

“We are delighted to welcome Robyn to the team,” said Paul Bakker, national manager - sales and strategic partnerships of Better Choice Home Loans.

“Her experience, passion for relationship building and her commitment to brokers’ success align perfectly with our mission to deliver exceptional lending solutions to commercial brokers.

“Robyn’s collaborative approach and forward-thinking mindset will be invaluable as we continue to expand our commercial division.”

In her new role, Hadlow will lead initiatives aimed at increasing the company’s presence in the commercial sector and providing tailored solutions for business clients across Australia.

Her leadership and understanding of the commercial lending landscape will be key in building strong relationships with brokers and business partners while ensuring excellent service to clients, according to Better Choice.

Hadlow is dedicated to helping brokers and their clients thrive together, focusing on innovative solutions to meet unique client needs.

Recently, Better Choice announced a simplified Easy Refi option for Alt Doc/Term Loans and SMSF with minimal documentation, aimed at providing customers with better rates.

“I’m thrilled to join Better Choice Home Loans and to work with such a dynamic team,” she said.

“I look forward to partnering with brokers to help them diversify and grow their businesses, while delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients.”

Hadlow’s appointment follows Better Choice’s recent launch of a range of incentives on their commercial product offerings, including rate reductions and application fee waivers on many commercial products over spring.

Better Choice joins commercial lending panel

This comes as Better Choice joined LMG’s commercial panel in early September.

This development marked a significant increase in Better Choice’s presence, building on its established role within LMG’s residential panel.

The move signalled a stronger partnership between the two organisations and creates more opportunities for brokers.

Steve Scahill, LMG’s group executive of commercial finance, expressed enthusiasm about the expanded collaboration.

“Better Choice has been a reliable partner on our residential panel for many years, and we are excited to see this relationship expand with their addition to our commercial panel,” Scahill said.
